摘要：目的：對(duì)四種頸淋巴清掃術(shù)常用切口：改良T形，類矩形，平行切口以及圍裙式切口術(shù)中手術(shù)野的暴露難易，術(shù)后傷口的愈合，術(shù)后的外觀進(jìn)行了比較。
Conclusion: Every incision has advantage and disadvantage in radiated neck, but we believe using MacFee and apron would decrease the incidence of flap complication and get good cosmetic result.
結(jié)論：四種切口各有優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，對(duì)于術(shù)前接受放療的病人，采用平行切口和圍裙式切口較為安全。
