本課題首先對黃孢原毛平革菌產(chǎn)酶體系進行了研究,在液態(tài)培養(yǎng)條件下,通過正交實驗得出了本實驗條件下黃孢原毛平革菌產(chǎn)酶的最佳條件,實驗結果表明,在復合碳源體系下,微量的芳香化合物可以有效促進該菌的產(chǎn)酶,復合碳源體系中不同結構碳源的配比也能顯著影響該菌的產(chǎn)酶。
