Objective To explore the curative effect of hepatocellular carcinoma with arteriovenous shunt treated with interventional.
目的觀察介入治療對(duì)肝癌合并肝動(dòng)脈-靜脈瘺患者的作用。
Results:Of 32 cases of HCC with arteriovenous fistula, 12 cases revealed distinct fistula, 17 showed fine shunt and 3 indefinite fistula.
結(jié)果：32例肝癌伴肝動(dòng)靜脈瘺，其中12例見明顯的瘺道，17例見分流通道纖細(xì)，3例無確切的分流通道。
Conclusion CLE is a rare and severe complication that may occur during or after TACE, the main risk factor is the presence of arteriovenous shunt(AVS) .
結(jié)論：碘油腦栓塞是肝臟腫瘤介入化療栓塞的少見的嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥，發(fā)生的主要因素是動(dòng)-靜脈異常交通的存在。
