基本解釋

To improve the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in hypertension patients with abnormal ST_T in electrocardiogram (ECG) and atypical chest pain.
目的：探討高血壓病患者心電圖有ST_T改變，伴有不典型胸痛時冠心病的診斷。
Results:Using anti-tuberculosis drugs for a long-time was a key factor. The clinical atypical symptoms showed to have cough, hemoptysis, chest pain, hoarseness, notable marasmus etc.
結(jié)果：長期使用抗結(jié)核藥物也是重要的因素，臨床癥狀不典型，表現(xiàn)咳嗽、咯血、胸痛、聲音嘶啞、明顯消瘦等；
Objective To explore the clinical features and diagnostic procedure of atypical asthma characteristic of chest pain.
目的探討以胸痛為主要表現(xiàn)的支氣管哮喘（簡稱哮喘）的臨床特點與診斷要點。

不典型胸痛
There are one patient suffered from acute myocardial infarction ,16 patients with typical angina pectoris and 31cases with atypical chest pain and chest distress or palpitation in 48 isolated myocardial bridges cases .
孤立性肌橋48例中急性心肌梗死1例；典型心絞痛16例；不典型胸痛和/或胸悶、心悸31例。
非典型胸痛
