Article 10 In case the receiving of any data message needs to be confirmed as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations or the stipulations of the parties, the receiving shall be confirmed.
第十條法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定或者當(dāng)事人約定數(shù)據(jù)電文需要確認(rèn)收訖的，應(yīng)當(dāng)確認(rèn)收訖。
