Article 10 In case the receiving of any data message needs to be confirmed as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations or the stipulations of the parties, the receiving shall be confirmed.
第十條法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定或者當事人約定數據電文需要確認收訖的，應當確認收訖。
Unless it is otherwise prescribed by any law or is otherwise stipulated by the parties concerned, when the obligee's rights are alienated, the mortgage right thereof shall be alienated concurrently.
