基本解釋

Where a bill is payable after sight, presentment for acceptance is necessary in order to fix the maturity of the instrument.
凡屬見票后付款之匯票，均須作承兌提示，以確定匯票之到期日。
Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, when a bill payable after sight is negotiated, the holder must either present it for acceptance or negotiate it within a reasonable time.
除本條例另有規(guī)定外，凡見票后付款之匯票流通轉(zhuǎn)讓，執(zhí)票人應(yīng)在合理期間內(nèi)作承兌提示或作流通轉(zhuǎn)讓。

Where a bill payable after sight is accepted for honour, its maturity is calculated from the date of the noting for non-acceptance, and not from the date of the acceptance for honour.
如見票后付款之匯票已作信譽(yù)承兌，則該票之到期日應(yīng)由公證注明拒絕承兌之日起計(jì)，而非由作信譽(yù)承兌之日起計(jì)。
