Article 44. The cargo loading and unloading berths along the city road shall be set outside the boundary line or situated it on the ground floor of a construction.

Article 34. The set back boundary line of the newly built or rebuilt construction along the city road shall not be less than the number listed in the following table.
第三十四條沿城市道路兩側(cè)新建、改建建筑，除經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的詳細(xì)規(guī)劃另有規(guī)定外，其后退道路規(guī)劃紅線的距離不得小于下表所列值。
