The main pigments of green vegetative cells were composed of chlorophyll,lutein and β-carotene,however,except above pigments,astaxanthin、echinenone and canthaxanthin were detected in red immobile cells.
結(jié)果表明,雨生紅球藻在綠色細胞階段的主要色素包括:葉綠素、葉黃素、β-胡蘿卜素,培養(yǎng)至紅色細胞階段增加了角黃素、海膽酮、蝦青素單酯及雙酯等次生類胡蘿卜素。
