基本解釋

consult的基本意思是為了作出一項(xiàng)決定、取得一項(xiàng)解決辦法而進(jìn)行對話或討論?？梢允菃蜗虻?即“請教”“咨詢”; 也可以是雙向的,即“商議”“商量”。無論是“咨詢”還是“商量”,雙方地位都是平等的。引申可以表示向書本咨詢,即“翻閱”“查考”資料,也可以表示向自己咨詢,即“考慮”“顧及”。
consult可用作不及物動詞,也可用作及物動詞。作“請教”解時多接人作賓語; 作“翻閱”解時常接書、詞典、地圖等作賓語; 作“考慮”解時其賓語多為抽象名詞。表示“與…商量”可接介詞with; 表示請教或商議的一般內(nèi)容可接介詞about,重大或特殊內(nèi)容則接介詞on; 而接介詞for時則表示“為…當(dāng)顧問”。
consult極少用于被動結(jié)構(gòu)。
consult sb表示“向某人請教”，這里的sb也可換成sth，如書本。例：consult the book（向書請教）；
consult with sb表示“同某人商量”，這里對象只能是人，因其他物體如書不會說話；
注意consult the dictionary和consult the word的區(qū)別：前者表示“在詞典里查某個詞”，后者表示“在詞典里查某個詞，再以那個詞為基礎(chǔ)去研究另一個詞”；
被人consult的職業(yè)有consulting physician（顧問醫(yī)生），consulting engineer（顧問工程師）等。

If you consult a book or a map, you look in it or look at it in order to find some information.
If a person or group of people consults with other people or consults them, or if two people or groups consult, they talk and exchange ideas and opinions about what they might decide to do.

In view of this problem, on the basis of introduction about the basic theories of forest parks and the basic information of domestic and international forest parks, and consulted many experts, then summed up a result that it is very important and necessary to research on quality rank evaluation of National Forest Park.
針對這一問題，筆者通過閱讀、歸納大量的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)，對有關(guān)專家進(jìn)行咨詢，認(rèn)識到對于國家級森林公園進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步評價的重要性和必要性。
