基本解釋

Either Party hereto can not implement the main obligations under this contract for force majeure;
出現(xiàn)不可抗拒力的情況，以至任何一方無(wú)法履行其在合同項(xiàng)下的主要義務(wù)；
This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for one-year terms thereafter unless and until terminated by either Party hereto by giving six (6) month's written notice to the other.
此后，除非一方提前六（6）個(gè)月向另一方發(fā)出終止本協(xié)議的書面通知，本協(xié)議逐年自動(dòng)延長(zhǎng)一（1）年。

In no event shall either party hereto be liable to the other for indirect, special or consequential damages or for loss of anticipated profits.
