Children who have one febrile convulsion , are more likely to have another during the same illness or another illness.

AVP could decrease the threshold of fever convulsion, and increase the susceptibility of febrile convulsion.
結論:1.發(fā)熱可使AVP的分泌增加.高水平的AVP降低了熱性驚厥的閾值,提高了機體對驚厥的易感性,使驚厥易于發(fā)生。
