If the circumstances are serious, the offender shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years and not more than ten years.
情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，處五年以上十年以下有期徒刑；情節(jié)特別嚴(yán)重的，處十年以上有期徒刑、無(wú)期徒刑或者死刑。
