用法辨析
- grant的基本意思是“給予”某人以某種權(quán)力或利益,其目的在于“施予恩惠”或“體現(xiàn)公平”,而這種權(quán)力是可以收回的,引申可表示“承認(rèn)”“認(rèn)可”。
- grant通常只用作及物動詞,可接名詞、代詞或that從句作賓語,也可接雙賓語,其間接賓語有時可轉(zhuǎn)換為介詞to的賓語。
