Objective:To investigate the principles of diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus(EPII).
目的：探討腹部手術(shù)后早期炎性腸梗阻的臨床診斷及治療措施。
Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of early postoperative inflammatory ileus(EPII).
目的探討術(shù)后早期炎性腸梗阻的臨床特點(diǎn)、診斷、治療和預(yù)防。
Results 10 cases were diagnosed by operations, 9 cases were cured and 1 case underwent two operations because of twice gallstone ileus, only one died of multiple system organ failure.
結(jié)果10例均經(jīng)手術(shù)明確診斷，9例痊愈出院，1例因復(fù)發(fā)膽石性腸梗阻而再次手術(shù)，術(shù)后死于多器官功能衰竭。
