Objective:To investigate the effects of combination therapy of hydrochlorothiazide, enalapril and betaloc l on treating senile refractory hypertension patients.
目的：觀察對(duì)氫氯噻嗪、依那普利、倍他樂克聯(lián)合治療老年頑固性性高血壓療效。
Results:Hypertension still existed in162patients(accounting for23.6%of the case group)after hemodialysis and medication, it was called refractory hypertension to dialysis patients.
結(jié)果：162例病人（占病例組23.6%）經(jīng)血液透析治療、藥物治療后仍存在高血壓，稱透析病人難治性高血壓。
