- scene作“地點(diǎn)”解時(shí)用于單數(shù)形式,常與定冠詞the連用,后接of短語(yǔ)作定語(yǔ)。
This lake is fine scenery. fine前不加a。These lakes are fine scenery. scenery后也不能加s。
- scene表示“景象或風(fēng)景”時(shí),并不一定指美麗可愛(ài)的,也可以是不漂亮的風(fēng)景;
- a scene和scenes與a piece of scenery和pieces of scenery意思不同。We found a beautiful scene on the hill. There were many scenes of distress in the slums.
