常用用法
- score的基本意思是“二十”,由古代牧羊人清點(diǎn)羊數(shù)時(shí)從手指數(shù)到腳趾,每數(shù)到二十在樹(shù)上劃一個(gè)記號(hào)得來(lái),因此引申可指“劃痕,刻痕”“得分,分?jǐn)?shù)”等。
- score還可作“欠賬; 宿怨; 樂(lè)曲,配樂(lè); 真相”等解。
- score作“二十”解時(shí),有兩個(gè)復(fù)數(shù)形式,即score或scores; scores of后接可數(shù)名詞的復(fù)數(shù)形式,表示數(shù)量之多,而不表示具體的數(shù)目。
- score用作名詞的意思是“(比賽一方得的)分?jǐn)?shù)”,轉(zhuǎn)化為動(dòng)詞則為“得分”。
- score用作及物動(dòng)詞時(shí),接名詞作賓語(yǔ),還可接雙賓語(yǔ),其間接賓語(yǔ)可轉(zhuǎn)化為for/to介詞短語(yǔ)(轉(zhuǎn)化為to的較少見(jiàn)),可用于被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)。用作不及物動(dòng)詞時(shí),常跟副詞out, up或介詞for, over連用。 返回 scores
