Objective To study the treatment of burn with toxemia or septemia.
目的探討燒傷合并毒敗血癥的治療方法。
Methods Using three antibiotics treat the family rabbits that hava made the septemia,and then,examining the level of endotoxin ,s release.
方法用三種抗生素治療敗血癥家兔,檢測治療后內(nèi)毒素釋放的水平。結(jié)果抗生素能誘導(dǎo)內(nèi)毒素釋放,不同抗生素誘導(dǎo)的量不同。
Result: There were 17 cases (50.00%) misdiagnosed as upper respiratory tract cold, 5 cases (14.71%) misdiagnosed as septemia and pneumonia respectively.
結(jié)果：誤診為上呼吸道感染的17例(50.;00%25)；其次是敗血癥、肺炎各5例（各占14
Results Among 28 cases were misdiagnosticated,there are 13 cases misdiagnosis as upper respiratory tract cold,9 cases misdiagnosis as septemia,6 cases misdiagnosis as pneumonia.
結(jié)果28例中誤診為上呼吸道感冒13例,敗血癥9例,肺炎6例。誤診原因主要是臨床表現(xiàn)不典型、一些必要的實驗室檢查不及時進行以及濫用抗生素等。
Methods To remove the crust and transplant skin grart in 134 cases burn with toxemia or septemia,in order to decrease burn toxin, promote healing of wound and promote recovery of illness.
方法對134例燒傷合并毒敗血癥患者進行燒傷創(chuàng)面切削痂植皮,以消除細菌來源、減少燒傷毒素、促進創(chuàng)面修復(fù)、促進病情恢復(fù)。
