Objective:To establish a method of quality control of Fuganning tablets.
目的:建立復(fù)肝寧片的質(zhì)量控制方法。

目的建立復(fù)肝寧片中綠原酸的含量測(cè)定方法。
Objective: The clinical effect of treating fatty liver with FUGAN Pill forclearing up fatty have been observed.
目的:觀察福爾肝脂消丸治療脂肪肝的臨床療效。
Seventy Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal group, model group, colchincines group, low, middle and high dose FuGanNing groups.
70只大鼠隨機(jī)分6組：正常組，模型組，秋水仙堿治療組，復(fù)肝寧低、中、高劑量治療組。
Fuganning recipe can restrain hypersusceptibility reaction of the model mice which have deficiency of spleen healthy energy, holding food stagnation gived by DNFB and increase weight of thymus gland and spleen. So it can improve immune function.
復(fù)感寧方可以不同程度地抑制DNFB所致的食滯脾虛模型小鼠的遲發(fā)性過(guò)敏反應(yīng),并能增加胸腺、脾臟重量,提示其具有良好的免疫調(diào)控作用。
