Objective: Our aims were to observe the changes of erythrocyte phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione peroxidase (PHGPx) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and its effects on level of conjugated diene (CD) and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase activity.
目的 :探討急性心肌梗塞 (acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者紅細(xì)胞磷脂過(guò)氧化氫穀胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶 (phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione peroxidase,PHGPx)的變化特點(diǎn)及過(guò)氧化損傷對(duì) Ca2 + - Mg2 + - ATP酶活性的影響。

Methods: We measured contents of erythrocyte PHGPx and CD and activity of Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase in 29 AMI patients and 20 controls, PHGPx with Ursini method, CD with Pryor method, and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase with Hanahan method.
方法 :測(cè)定了 2 9例 AMI患者紅細(xì)胞 PHGPx、共軛雙烯 (conjugated diene,CD)含量及 Ca2 + - Mg2 + -ATP酶活性。
