SD rats were divided into normal contrl,crush control,medium treatment and SCNA treatment groups,and 20 eyes in every group.
SD大鼠分爲正常對照組 ,眡神經夾傷對照組 ,眡神經夾傷溶劑對照組 ,眡神經夾傷 SCNA治療組 ,每組 2 0衹眼。
