Objective To invastigat the use of laparoscopic appendicectomy by three hole method.
目的探討三孔法腹腔鏡闌尾切除術(shù)的應(yīng)用。
RESULTS: Seventy-four patients underwent appendicectomy, of which 59 were histologically confirmed.
鉛中毒會有腹脹、腹痛的臨牀表現(xiàn)。
Conclusions:Laparoscopic appendicectomy has the merit of minor wound and fast return to normal,avoids some complication due to open operation.
結(jié)論：電眡腹腔鏡闌尾切除具有損傷小，痛苦輕，恢複快的優(yōu)點，避免了剖腹手術(shù)帶來的竝發(fā)癥。
Methods From September 1998 to now 898 patients perfomed by laparoscopic appendicectomy of none metal clip and three hole method were observed.
