基本解釋

In case of any dispute under this Agreement, both parties shall try to resolve it through negotiation.
如雙方就本協(xié)議內(nèi)容或其執(zhí)行發(fā)生任何爭議，應(yīng)進(jìn)行友好協(xié)商；
In case no settlement can reached between the two parties, the case under dispute shall be submitted to FETAC for arbitration.
如果雙方不能通過友好協(xié)商解決，此爭議須提交對(duì)外貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)進(jìn)行仲裁。

如果雙方不能達(dá)成協(xié)議，爭議案將交由雙方都能接受的第三方來仲裁。
