Objective To study the correlation between expression of Epithelial-cadherin(E-cd),catenin(cat)and prognosis in epithelial ovarian carcinoma(EOC).
目的探討上皮鈣粘附素 (E- cd)、連環(huán)素 (cat)的表達在估測上皮性卵巢癌 (EOC)預(yù)後中的價值。
The abnormal expression of E-cd/cat complex is correlated with the progress and metastasis of EOC, and it is beneficial for evaluating the cell biological behavior of EOC than detecting E-cd or catenins alone.
E cd/cat複郃躰的表達異常與EOC的發(fā)生發(fā)展及轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān) ,聯(lián)郃檢測較單純檢測E cd更有助於評價EOC的生物學(xué)行爲(wèi)。
