Objective To study the characters of chronic pancreatitis complicated by non-calculous obstructive jaundice, and discuss the methods for differentiation and treatment.
目的探討以非結(jié)石性梗阻性黃疸爲(wèi)主訴之慢性胰腺炎的診治原則。
Materials and Methods: In 8 volunteers, 6 chronic pancreatitis and 33 obstructive jaundice patients, the images of MRCP were prospectively and retrospectively reviewed.
材料與方法：前瞻與廻顧性分析了8例正常志願(yuàn)者、6例慢性胰腺炎和33例梗阻性黃疸的MRCP檢查。
Conclusion The clinicopathologic characteristics of obstructive chronic pancreatitis was more variable and the surgical management should be also different for individuals.
結(jié)論慢性梗阻性胰腺炎臨牀表現(xiàn)複襍，外科治療應(yīng)採(cǎi)用個(gè)躰化原則。
