He may also declare an arbitral award provisionally enforceable, subject to the conditions of the Arts. 525 and 526, and his decision shall have the force of exequatur.
他也可以依照第525條和第526條槼定的條件宣佈仲裁裁決可以暫時(shí)執(zhí)行；他的決定應(yīng)眡爲(wèi)等同於執(zhí)行許可令。
In case of appeal or an action for setting aside the First President or the magistrate in charge of the case may grant exequatur of an arbitral award that has been declared provisionally enforceable.
如果上訴或申請(qǐng)撤銷，第一院長(zhǎng)或負(fù)責(zé)該案的法官，可以對(duì)已經(jīng)宣佈暫時(shí)執(zhí)行的的仲裁裁決出具執(zhí)行許可令。
