Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT in treating faciocervical burn.

Methods Fifty-eight free anterolateral thigh flaps were used to repair chronic ulcer, electrical burns, semi facial hypotrophy, full-thickness defect in the cranio-faciocervical region.
方法採用股前外側(cè)皮瓣遊離移植脩複頭麪頸部燒傷及創(chuàng)傷性缺損、慢性潰瘍、半麪萎縮、腫瘤切除術(shù)後洞穿性缺損、增生性瘢痕及攣縮畸形等。
