Methods:HBMSCs were subjected to the treatment with different concentrations of rhBMP-2, b-FGF, rhBMP-2 and b-FGF, after which the c ells were measured with methylthiazol tetrazolium(MTT) and alkaline phosphatase( ALP) measurement method.
