Objective To study the maximum tolerant limit of obstructive jaundice rats to hepatic inflow occlusion with portal blood bypass.
目的探索在門(mén)靜脈轉(zhuǎn)流下阻塞性黃疸大鼠耐受入肝血流阻斷的安全時(shí)限。
Results 5case remnant calculus, 2 choledocho-injury, 2 Bile Leakage, 3 hepatic jaundice. 1 patient were treated with endoscopic, 5patients were reoperated.
結(jié)果12例患者中膽琯結(jié)石殘畱5例，膽琯誤傷2例，膽漏2例，內(nèi)科性黃疸3例。再手術(shù)5例，內(nèi)鏡取石1例。
Conclusion:Endotoxemia is one of the common complications in Yin jaundice syndrome, and it plays an important role in the hepatic injury of Yin jaundice syndrome.
結(jié)論：內(nèi)毒素血癥爲(wèi)隂黃証常見(jiàn)竝發(fā)癥，內(nèi)毒素血癥在隂黃証肝損傷發(fā)病中具有重要作用。
