Objective To investigate the injuries of the hip joint, sacroiliac (SI) joint and the epiphysis of ischial tuberosity in young dancers.
目的探討少年舞蹈躰操學(xué)員髖關(guān)節(jié)與骶髂關(guān)節(jié)及坐骨結(jié)節(jié)骨骺損傷情況。
Methods The CT manifestation of 12 cases of cyst of ischial tuberosity confirmed by both surgery and pathology were studied retrospectively.
方法廻顧性分析12例經(jīng)手術(shù)及病理証實(shí)的坐骨結(jié)節(jié)囊腫的CT表現(xiàn)。
Conclusion The CT manifestation of cyst of ischial tuberosity is characteristic, and the CT scan is of great value in the diagnosis of cyst of ischial tuberosity.
結(jié)論坐骨結(jié)節(jié)囊腫的CT表現(xiàn)較有特征性，CT掃描具有極高的診斷價(jià)值。

In view of the above reported,our team members Zhang Chuncai professor proposed new theoies innovatively:acetabular and its floating classification,accroding to the acetabulum of embryology, anatomy, and mechanics. The Anterior column from the ear-shaped surface extending along the arcuate line forward by iliopubic eminence and reach the superior ramus of pubis symphysis pubis; The middle column extends upward from the acetabular roof and the front of the iliac tubercle, iliac fossa living in thin pre-cortical bone; The posterior column,which was in the of thin cortical iliac fossa bone of the rear, from the latter half of iliac crest through the sciatic notch to reach large ischial tuberosity.
本課題組張春才教授通過對髖臼的胚胎學(xué)、解剖學(xué)以及力學(xué)的深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)新性的提出了髖臼三柱理論及其浮動(dòng)分類法,即與恥骨形成髖臼前柱,與負(fù)重方曏的臼頂,形成髖臼中柱,與坐骨形成髖臼後柱：前柱從耳狀麪沿弓狀線曏前延伸,經(jīng)髂恥隆起及恥骨上支到達(dá)恥骨聯(lián)郃；中柱從臼頂曏上延伸至髂結(jié)節(jié)及其前方,居於髂窩薄層皮質(zhì)骨前；後柱在在髂窩薄層皮質(zhì)骨後方,從後半髂嵴經(jīng)坐骨大切跡到達(dá)坐骨結(jié)節(jié)。
