The simulation results show that under same condition there is a negative linear correlation on a logarithmic scale between the optimal mutation rate per base pair and the mutation rate per genome size maintain nearly an invariant.
結(jié)果表明,在一定的條件下,物種間的基因組大小相差將近4個數(shù)量級時,它們之間的最適突變率也存在3-4個數(shù)量級的差異,基因組越大其突變率越小,基因組大小和最適突變率之間存在對數(shù)負(fù)線性相關(guān),竝且物種間基因組突變率基本接近。
