Fiscal and taxation policies were implemented to support disaster relief and post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction.

In case the party cannot participate in the lawsuit due to the earthquake relief and post-earthquake reconstruction, the people's court shall postpone or suspend the proceeding according to the law;
