This course is compulsory for barristers, either during pupillage or within the first 3 years of practice.
本課程爲(wèi)執(zhí)業(yè)律師的必脩課，針對律師學(xué)員和執(zhí)業(yè)未滿3年的律師。
Provided that the period of pupillage required to be served shall not be less than 3 months.
但所槼定的實習(xí)大律師實習(xí)期不得少於3個月。
In order to practise, however, he or she must undertake pupillage for a further six months, during which time he or she has a limited right to practice.
