to officially ask again for something, for example for yourself to be considered for a job , especially by writing or sending in a form
（尤指通過寫信或投寄表格）重新申請，再次申請
Mr Gubbay said yesterday that he will not be reapplying for the job . 格貝先生昨天說他不會重新申請這份工作。
