冠心病
Coronary artery disease is one of the primary diseases to endanger human health. Most patients with CAD can be effectually cured by convention medicines or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) or coronary aorta bypass graft(CABG).
冠心病是嚴(yán)重危害人類健康的主要心血琯疾病之一，近二、三十年來(lái)，隨著冠狀動(dòng)脈造影、冠狀動(dòng)脈成形術(shù)（percutaneous transluminal coronaryangioplasty，PTCA）和冠狀動(dòng)脈—主動(dòng)脈旁路移植術(shù)（coronary aorta bypassgraft，CABG）等新技術(shù)的開(kāi)展，大多數(shù)冠心病患者得到了積極的診治，但冠心病PTCA晚期再狹窄發(fā)生率在30％—50％，CABG移植血琯的通暢率亦隨術(shù)後時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)而遞減，心肌缺血仍是難以解決的問(wèn)題。
