• 1. CONVENTION You say Well done to indicate that you are pleased that someone has done something good. 做得好[情感]

• 2. ADJ If something that you have cooked, especially meat, is well done, it has been cooked thoroughly. (尤指肉類) 燒得爛的

  Allow an extra 10-15 min if you prefer lamb well done. 如果你想要小羊肉燒得爛些，就再燒10-15分鍾。
