基本解釋

It is time to do the Power Button.

Open Control Panel and select Power Options, then on the left side click on Choose what the power button does.

As a timepiece, it's comparable to digital watches circa 1978: The screen is usually in a black, juice-conserving state, so to check the time you need to press the power button.

On the right side you'll find a pretty standard-issue volume rocker and power button.
